    Return Policy

    For returns related to quality concerns, please reach out to us within 30 calendar days following the delivery of your order.

    Returns or Replacement

    We accept returns or exchanges within a 30-day period from the receipt of your purchase. Should this timeframe lapse, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

    To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must be in its unused state and in the original packaging. Any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not of our fault, are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns made beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.

    Notes:

    • Do not return items without prior authorization from our team.
    • Direct returns to the manufacturer are not accepted.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

    Refunds

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

    Refund processing for credit or debit card payments will occur within 7 business days post-receipt of the returned item. For PayPal payments, the refund will be issued within 3 business days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

    Shipping

    For product returns, contact us at customer@pawfectlyshop.com for a guided return process. Unconfirmed returns may not be identifiable and could be ineligible for a refund.

    Returned products will not incur a restocking fee. However, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on location.

    For items valued over 50 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

    Notes:

    • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

    Return Address

    For the return address, please email customer@pawfectlyshop.com. Do not ship any products without receiving a return confirmation via email.

    Important Notes

    • Returns and replacements are applicable only to items purchased directly from pawfectlyshop.com. For purchases made through third-party sellers, please contact them for returns.
    • We will process a refund or replacement after your return is received and inspected, provided the products meet eligibility criteria.
    • Accessories must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. Devices should be returned in ‘as new’ condition, ideally in original sealed packaging. Non-defective accessory returns may incur a return shipping fee deduction from the refund.
    • All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
    • For defective or DOA items, shipping fees will be refunded post-inspection and confirmation of warranty status.
